How long will the item I preorder by ready?
The preordered items will be available within a month of the listing.
If I have a preordered item and an available item in my order, will I receive the already available item first?
When you have preordered items along with currently available items in your cart at checkout, it will be counted as one order and will only be shipped when all of the items are ready in our shop. If you want to receive the already available items first, please make them into a seperate order.

Why is the international shipping so expensive?
As of right now, the option for international shipping in our shop is the best deal we can get for shipping overseas and to different countries other than US. We understand the frustration of the high shipping price and are always continuously looking for cheaper alternatives and will update the prices in the future if better options are available
I live outside the US, and have paid for the shipping fees. However, when the items arrived, the courier said I had to pay a custom fee (VAT). What is that and why do I have to pay more for my order?
International orders often have to go through custom as they entered some countries that are not the US; it's a compulsory process in order to examine the legality of the items. It's the buyer's legal responsibility to pay for the custom fee, and unfortunately, our shop cannot intervene in any reduction of the fees. Before buying from our shop, please research your country's custom procedure to see if you have to pay VAT and how much the VAT fee is going to be for your order.
Do you provide tracking number?
Yes. After we have received your order, you will receive an email indicating we are processing your order. After it has been processed, you will be provided with a tracking number for your delivery.
I want to cancel/change the order that I have already placed, but there is no options to. What can I do?
If you change your mind about the order, you can contact the shop through the email [email protected] and we will help you change/cancel the order. Please contact us within 24 hours; if the order has been processed, it cannot be edited.
My order arrived, but I'm not happy with the quality. Is a return possible?
We understand the frustration of receiving an underqualified package; however, as of currently, our shop do not have a return policy. Please contact the shop through the email [email protected] and discuss the problems to figure out how we can compensate your loss.
